The PURITO Oat PDRN Gentle Refining Toner is a vegan, hydrating, and mildly exfoliating toner formulated for sensitive and acne-prone skin. The 200 ml toner features a milky, lightweight, and non-sticky texture that leaves a soft, glowy finish on the skin.
Key ingredients
The formula relies on the moisturizing and soothing power of oats rather than acids for exfoliation. According to Purito Seoul, its ingredients include:

Beta-Glucan (40 ppm): A hydrating ingredient known for its soothing, skin-repairing, and anti-aging properties.
Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate: Derived from licorice, this ingredient is known for its anti-inflammatory and soothing effects.
